In this fast-paced life, we are constantly busy with work, study, and daily life, leaving us with little time to relax and unwind.

Why is it challenging to maintain focus and productivity when working from home? How can urban living negatively affect our relaxation and sleep? What are the consequences of these factors on our physical and mental health? In what other areas of life can noise and stress impact us? How can travel and busy households make it difficult to meditate and sleep? Why are children more susceptible to noise distractions?

This is my original idea and idea of designing the Brown Noise App.
